I posted last week about lower back pain. Well after going into labor, having it stopped with meds, going into labor AGAIN, stopped with meds again, and then AGAIN... our doctors decided to just let it happen. Labor was tough, the first epidural failed (had "windows" of pain in certain areas) so I had to have a 2nd, and then I had HORRIBLE hip/lowerback pain. The pushing wasn't bad and actually gave me some relief from that hip/lowerback pain, but the very end was definitely the "ring of fire" I've read of others experiencing. It was all worth it though I promise:)

Castle Benjamin was born yesterday, July 5th, 2011 at 3:02pm. He weighed 5lbs 2 1/2oz and was 19 inches long - not bad for being 6wks early!! He is in the NICU but doing really really well and hopefully he can come on within the next couple weeks! I'll post a few pics if someone can kindly remind me of how to post a picture on here :P
