Snack before bed

I'm trying to get rid of the last bottle of the day which is right before bed and instead would like to give him a snack and/or drink. What snack/drink would be good to give LO before bed? I don't want anything sugary of course.

    DS just gets a cup of milk and then his teeth brushed because you don't want the milk sugars staying in his mouth overnight. Our dentist (pediatric dentist) said that milk before bed is one of the biggest culprits of cavities in toddlers and young children.

    Lo loves plain cheerios or popcorn and i put milk in his sippy but not a bottle.

    We also have started Cheerios in milk and she loves it.  She likes them even more when they're in milk rather than dry.
