Holy baby weight gain!

At our pedi appt today LO weighed 9lbs 11oz. He was 8lbs 6oz when he was born; he was two weeks old yesterday. That breastmilk is some potent stuff! It hasn't been easy, but I'm so glad we are sticking with it!

    I hear ya sister!  DD weighed 7 lb 11 oz at 5 days old (8 lbs at birth).  At 2 weeks 2 days, she weighed 8 lb 14 oz.  That's 19 ounces in 11 days!!!  Yikes.

    yay!! My baby girl was 7lb 9oz at birth, 7lb 12oz at 4 days, and 8lb 12oz today at 12 days!! I couldn't believe it! She's a great little eater!

    Congrats! My "little" guy gained 14 oz in 4 days once we were discharged from the hospital! The pedi actually said "this can't be right" and weighed him again. Yay for healthy babies!

    Same boat here! Nicoli was 7/15 at birth and then at his 5 days apt 8lbs exactly and then had to go back the very next day and he was 8/2... his 2 week apt is on Thursday and I am so curious to see what he'll be. He always seems to be on the boob!

    I hear ya! DS weighed 8lb 8z at birth & was down to 8lb at 3 days old. We went back when hes was 10 days old & he was 9lb 2oz (18 oz in a week)! Yay for god eaters!
