Carter is 4 mo, 3 weeks. He's 19.4 lbs and 27 inches long. He's wearing 6-9 mo clothing, and can wear 12 mo. clothes, but they are a little big. He was 9lbs and 22 inches at birth and his daddy is 6'5", so that might have something to do with it.

Well, we're five months tomorrow. she wears almost all 3-6. She can occasionally wear a 0-3 top or sleeper gown. I think she'll be out of this size though within the month. She's chunky...18 lbs, but short.
DD is 4 1/2 mos and was 12lbs, 12ozs last week. She can wear some 0-3 seperates stuff but is mostly in 3-6 stuff. She's too tall/long for most of the 0-3 stuff but we mostly do the bigger size because the smaller size was winter stuff and the bigger size is summer stuff. I didn't feel like buying a bunch of things in 0-3 for the summer when I knew it would be short lived!
Bug is 4 months and 3 weeks. He is outgrowing most of his 9 month clothes. His 9 month sleepers are too short, and the pants are too tight around the middle. He can still wear 9 month shirts, but they are tight in the shoulders. I moved him to a 12 month sleeper tonight and it fit so much better.
I'm 5'8", but the 2nd shortest in my family. Even my female cousins are 6'. I have uncles that are 6'5". DH's is 6', and his parents were tall too. LO was born 5 weeks early, but not only caught up he is now 71st percentile. I have the feeling we produced a beast.

0-3 and 3-6. Sleepers she needs the length in, so 3-6, but mainly 0-3. She still floats in them as well. Just shy of 5 months, she hit 11lbs 8oz today. She's 5th percentile though.
DS is 16lbs 1oz and 24.5" long. It really depends on the brand. In Carter's he wears 6 months. In Jumping Bean, he's in 6-9 months. I noticed today that the 6 month Oshkosh B'gosh onesies no longer fit him.
DD will be 4 months on the 9th. She is in mostly 3-6 and 6 month clothes.
your baby is one day older than my DD
Aww I can't believe yours can still wear newborn sizes! My DD was out of them at a month and a half-ish. I cried like a bigger baby than her putting them away! Don't be in a rush for her to move up. I still cry a little when I put other items of clothing away because they're too small.

DD is just over 4 months and it's about half 3-6, half 6-9 depending on brand. She's 15/16 pounds (check-up tomorrow so it's a guess). We use cloth diapers so we need to allow for the bit of extra bulk.
DD is 15.5 lbs and wears 3-6 in Geranimals and random other brands, 6 months in Carter, 3-6 in Old Navy, and 0-3 in xhiliration and a couple really unknown brands (She is finally about out of these, but didn't fit in them until over 3 months).

she still wears all her newborn dresses, pants, shirts but her her onesies are too small now. she was only 6.6 when she was born though, so she was on the small side. not sure how long she is, we have her 4 month check-up/shots on the 29th, not looking forward to it!
i feel like my baby is so tiny compared to all the other LOs! but what she lacks in weight and height she definitely makes up for in personality, she's a spunky little thing
LO is about 15lbs and 27"; she wears size 3-6 months. She can still fit into a few 0-3 months but many of them are too short. She was 8lbs 11oz at birth and out grew her nb clothes around 4 weeks.
Oliver has wears a little of both, he fits some 0-3months, but is starting to really grow out of it. I moved him into 3-6 a month ago. Some stuff is really wide on him but is to short lefth wise. He is long and skinny:)

A is built just like his daddy (6'2" & alllllll torso). He was in 3-6mo clothes at 2months because his torso is too long for the onesies but his legs are too short for the pants. Right now he mostly wears 6-9mo and some 3-6 still fit. Shorts and pants he wears 0-3 or some 3-6. It's hilarious! His rashgaurd is 12month and the shorts are 0-3mo.
DD is 11 lbs 13 oz and she wears 0-3 months, but just started wearing this size about 2 weeks ago, she can still fit in most of her newborn things!
Exact same size at 4 mo appt. She's in 0-3, and will be for awhile. She doesn't wear her NB's anymore cause it was warm weather clothes, but 3-6 swims on her. Guess thats what happens when they are only in the 13%!! Love little babies!
My LO is pretty big. At 4 months, she was 15lbs 4oz, and 26+ inches long. Since about 4 months she has been in most 3-6 and also some 6-9. Now at 5 months, she is growing out of a lot of 3-6 and into more 6-9.
At 4 months, DD was wearing 0-3. She weighed 12lbs at her 4 month checkup. She'll be 6 months next week and is still wearing 0-3. I'm guessing at the rate she is growing she'll still be in 0-3 when she starts kindergarten.
DS was 14 lb. 11 oz. and 25 in. at his 4 mo. appt (50% for both height and weight). Depending on the brand he wears anything 3-6 mo. but for the most part he's in 6 mo. clothing. However, some of the 6 mo. stuff fits perfect right now...meaning it won't fit at all in a few weeks. It's strange to me that a 4 mo. old baby in the 50th percentile is almost outgrowing some 6 mo. clothing. But whatever.
My DD just turned 3 months and is wearing 3 -6 month clothing. Her 0 - 3 mos clothing are getting quite snug on her, I don't think she will be wearing them much within a few weeks.

C was 14lbs 8oz a week ago and 27 inches. She's off the charts in height and fits into 6-9 month sleepers because of it. She's around 80th percentile for weight and the majority of her other clothes (rompers, onesies, dresses) are 3-6 month. She's still 10 days shy of 4 months.
Re: what size does your 4 month old wear?
Wow. DD will be 12 weeks on Friday. She's 16 lbs. and in 6 mo. clothes.
But she's also really long, so that plays into it.
(Who am I kidding. She's a chunk. But a very gorgeous chunk.)
