  Not sure if this will help, but the cycle days seem to be what gives me more or less SE. My first two clomid cycles were days 5-9 and I had issues with not sleeping and headaches, also CM was nearly nonexistant. This cycle we did days 3-7 and I have had 0 SE, and my CM is back to normal.
