I was just sitting here thinking how hungry I am and then thinking about what I've eaten so far already today - I'm a bottomless pit!

AND im still hungry. but yay for Olive Garden tonight with my girls! Mushroom ravioli is calling my name...

- whole wheat english muffin with 1 egg, 1 white, bit of low-fat cheese, lean ham (nuked first, of course). navel orange on side. coffee w/milk
- snack of leftover rapini w/garlic; half a bell pepper; TON of cherries
- lunch will be a big salad with chicken etc. I have a peanut butter chocolate chip Larabar for a treat later as well.
-cinnamon and raison bagel with cream cheese
-some crackers
-chicken nuggets and french fries
-at some point i'll be eating an apple with some peanut butter
-Drinking lots and lots of water and hoping to not eat too much more.

so far:
Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal with some brown sugar
Snack: Chobani yogurt
Lunch: A way too big (but tasty) sub with real turkey (not lunchmeat), gravy and cheddar and a big chocolate chip cookie - so bad, but oh so good.
Planned for afternoon snack: a couple cups of fruit salad
dinner: ?
-Toaster streudels
-Whopper w/ cheese and chicken fries
It's still early here...not even 11 yet.
Breakfast- bowl of resses puffs cereal (I feel like I'm 10 again)
Lunch- probably will have leftover salmon patties, mac and cheese, green beans and cut up tomatoes
Snack- plums maybe??
Dinner- beef stroganoff, corn, salad, onion potatoes (that's what I have planned)
Dessert- Dryers fruit bars
I feel the same!! I keep skipping dinner cause I am not hungry at all, I really try to eat but I think since I am drinking a lot of water it is making me more full.
Yeah, I find myself either not really eating dinner, or just eating something small. I tend to feel too full or sick after lunch and the feeling lasts until well past dinnertime. It's not fun. I don't even usually eat that much at lunchtime.
B- lemon greek yogurt over two whole wheat waffles, chocolate peppermint stick luna bar
L-Leftover whole wheat pasta with marinara and fresh mozz
Snack 1- handful of peanut butter pretzels from trader joe's and tall decaf iced caramel macchiato
- I also have a choc chip brownie larabar waiting. I think shrimp linguine is on tap for dinner tonight. Lots of pasta today!
I've been drinking about 100 oz of water each day- the past week I've gone up from my normal 64-70 oz.

-about 3/4 of a 'mediterranean plate' meal (grilled chicken, rice, hummus, tomato/cucumber salad, and a pita)
...and now I feel so full/kinda sick, as usual. So I don't see myself eating much more today. Hopefully I can force some water down since I haven't had much today at all.

-Two bites of Panera Bread Chicken Noodle Soup in a Bread Bowl (it had onions in it, yuck!) so I ate the bread they cut out to make the bowl and dipped it into the soup juice and ate a little bit of the sides of the bread bowl.
-Lays Baked Potato Chips (came with my Panera Bread meal)
-About 3 oz of Dr. Pepper from the drink fountain, then I drank Sierra Mist. (I didn't get a refill!)
-3 Oreo Cookies
-Lots of Water

I have never been a big drinker and always had trouble drinking enough water too. I just carry around a huge glass/bottle/tumbler of water with me everywhere I go and sip on it all day and refill it as soon as it's empty. I am drinking a lot more now!
Breakfast - 3 scrambled egg whites w/ 1 yolk (I hate the yolks)
Glucose Drink (that was a blast)
Snack - Unsalted soft pretzel with mustard
Lunch - Hamburger w/ mustard and onion on sandwich thin (I like these so much better than buns!) and about a million baked cheetos

Today has been a very bad food day for me I normally do not eat this much crappy food, if any at all.
