S&G - what have you eaten today?

I was just sitting here thinking how hungry I am and then thinking about what I've eaten so far already today - I'm a bottomless pit!

 so far...

-whole wheat bagel with cream cheese

-bowl of honey bunches of oats

-microwave bowl of chef boyardee

-a whole mango

-a bean burrito

AND im still hungry. but yay for Olive Garden tonight with my girls! Mushroom ravioli is calling my name... :)

    - whole wheat english muffin with 1 egg, 1 white, bit of low-fat cheese, lean ham (nuked first, of course). navel orange on side. coffee w/milk

     - snack of leftover rapini w/garlic; half a bell pepper; TON of cherries

    - lunch will be a big salad with chicken etc. I have a peanut butter chocolate chip Larabar for a treat later as well.

    Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal with some brown sugar

    Snack: Chobani yogurt

    Lunch:  A way too big (but tasty) sub with real turkey (not lunchmeat), gravy and cheddar and a big chocolate chip cookie - so bad, but oh so good.

    Planned for afternoon snack:  a couple cups of fruit salad

    dinner:  ?

    So far, just breakfast.  Yogurt with a pint of raspberries and granola.  I really don't have much of an appetite, definitely not more than pre-pg so I'm not eating any more than I usually would.  I kind of wish the cravings would come already!

    It's still early here...not even 11 yet.

    Breakfast- bowl of resses puffs cereal (I feel like I'm 10 again)

    Lunch- probably will have leftover salmon patties, mac and cheese, green beans and cut up tomatoes

    Snack- plums maybe??

    Dinner- beef stroganoff, corn, salad, onion potatoes (that's what I have planned)

    Dessert- Dryers fruit bars :)

    I feel the same!! I keep skipping dinner cause I am not hungry at all, I really try to eat but I think since I am drinking a lot of water it is making me more full.

     Yeah, I find myself either not really eating dinner, or just eating something small.  I tend to feel too full or sick after lunch and the feeling lasts until well past dinnertime.  It's not fun.  I don't even usually eat that much at lunchtime.

    L-Leftover whole wheat pasta with marinara and fresh mozz

    Snack 1- handful of peanut butter pretzels from trader joe's and tall decaf iced caramel macchiato

    - I also have a choc chip brownie larabar waiting.  I think shrimp linguine is on tap for dinner tonight.  Lots of pasta today!

    I've been drinking about 100 oz of water each day- the past week I've gone up from my normal 64-70 oz.

     ...and now I feel so full/kinda sick, as usual.  So I don't see myself eating much more today.  Hopefully I can force some water down since I haven't had much today at all.

    I LOVE reading these! They give me great meal ideas!

     

    Breakfast: Special K with red berries, immunity booster, glass of orange juice
    Lunch: Half of a steak burrito (I wasn't too hungry. . .I'd already had about 3 water bottles up to this point!)
    Snack: Banana!
    Dinner tonight: Stuffed chicken with sweet spinach salad (almonds, pasteurized feta cheese, strawberry slices) & steamed broccoli
    Before bed: Apple

     

    ...Can you tell all I crave is fruit?  Strawberries, bananas, apples, and oranges today!

    I've been up since 8am and it's 5pm now.

    So far...

    -Tiny glass of orange juice

    -Cinnamon Toast Crunch without milk (I was too tired to pour milk in it.. haha.  I have been sleeping in on my summer vacation, so 8am was too early!)

    -Cheese Crackers with Peanut Butter (the 6 crackers pack)

    -Two bites of Panera Bread Chicken Noodle Soup in a Bread Bowl (it had onions in it, yuck!) so I ate the bread they cut out to make the bowl and dipped it into the soup juice and ate a little bit of the sides of the bread bowl.

    -Lays Baked Potato Chips (came with my Panera Bread meal)

    -About 3 oz of Dr. Pepper from the drink fountain, then I drank Sierra Mist. (I didn't get a refill!)

    -3 Oreo Cookies

    -Lots of Water

    ...and I'm hungry...

    Breakfast: Fruit Loops

    Lunch: Burrito with chicken, cheese, rice, peppers, onions, sour cream and avocados.

    Dinner: I plan on making sausage and peppers

    I don?t really find myself eating as much as I was. I get full quick. I am having a problem drinking. I only find myself drinking a 23 oz of water a day (and that?s a lot) and a glass of oj and ice tea. I was never a big drinker and I hate water but I am trying!

     

     

    I have never been a big drinker and always had trouble drinking enough water too.  I just carry around a huge glass/bottle/tumbler of water with me everywhere I go and sip on it all day and refill it as soon as it's empty.  I am drinking a lot more now! Yes

    Glucose Drink (that was a blast)

    Snack - Unsalted soft pretzel with mustard

    Lunch - Hamburger w/ mustard and onion on sandwich thin (I like these so much better than buns!) and about a million baked cheetos

    Snack #2 - Low carb ice cream bar with almonds

    Dinner - Will be sausage and peppers

    Dr Pepper. Rice Krispsy treat and now I am eating ice cream.

    So, that is not healthy. 

    I had to talk to someone today at work. It was stressful...the Dr P was to help get through it. Then I lost my appetite for lunch.

    Today has been a very bad food day for me :( I normally do not eat this much crappy food, if any at all.

     

    2 pancakes, cup of coffee

    1/2 a bowl of cereal my DD decided she didn't want anymore(she had 1 bowl earlier but wanted to eat again with her little friend) 

    1 piece of left over fried chicken breast from Bush's Chicken 

    a few bites of Ramon 

    a small icee and breadsticks from Target

    cotton candy

    ice cream

    spaghetti with meat sauce

    4  twenty ounce glasses of water. 

    1 16 oz bottle of water

    Salad with lowfat Italian dressing

    Bowl of strawberries with a tablespoon of Splenda

    Roasted red pepper hummus with whole wheat crackers

    Dinner was my downfall.... 2 bratwursts with mustard and about half a cup of mac n cheese

    Also had a G2 after my morning workout and 72 ounces of water throughout the day
