I used the EZ-2-Nurse pillow for my first set of twins and liked it. But it got yucky and I threw it out before I got pregnant with my second set. Now I am in the market for a new pillow for the new little guys, due in a few weeks. The My Brest Friend Twin pillow wasn't out yet last time around, but it looks equally good, if not better. I am wondering if should get another EZ-2-Nurse, which I know I liked, or try the MBFT this time around. Would love to hear some reviews on the MBFT since that would be new to me. Thanks for your help!

I have a MyBrestFriend pillow I would sell you for $25 + shipping. We used it for the first couple of weeks before I gave up on nursing and switched to exclusively pumping. It was the only way I could manage to tandem nurse, but it is so large you really need to have a couch or a daybed in order to use it. It is easy to strap on and adjustable for whatever size you happen to be. I have never used the EZ2Nurse, but I really did like the MBF. Breastfeeding just didn't work out for us when my kids got sick and too used to being supplemented in the hospital.
