Re: ~~3T Graduates~~

  • Good morning all!  I hope all 3T'ers will be able to join this post very soon.

I'm still feeling pretty good.  No morning sickness (knock on wood), but I get dizzy spells occasionally... that pass quickly.  I had an ultrasound at the OB last Friday 6/24 and got to see both my babies.... it was amazing how much bigger they were than my previous ultrasounds at the RE.

Here is my 11w bump pic from Monday.  Sorry the white socks don't really go.

  • Hello :-)

I am feeling pretty great.  We have both our betas in (see siggy) and they looked great.  I have our first u/s scheduled for the 12th to see how many and heart beats.  Our EDD is March 5th.

Thank you for all the support.  I wish the very best for those still here; let the baby dust rain.

  • Hello ladies!  I am lurking every night and rooting for all of you.  Congrats to the recent BFPs!!! Party!!!

Things here have been exciting - Payton is now 15 weeks old!  She is very alert and chatty.  I don't remember if I included this info in last week's update (so sorry if it is a repeat) but she has been diagnosed with a milk and soy protein intolerance.  Our two choices were to switch to a special formula or I could go milk and soy free (and continue to EBF).  Needless to say, I have been milk and soy free for a week.  It will take up to a month to really see a change but it isn't that bad.  I have swaps for almost everything.  I am seeing some changes in Payton too - mainly her poop but that is a good thing! Stick out tongue

I thought I would have some pictures but my phone won't email right now.  Boo!

  • Hi ladies!  Sorry I've been MIA for the past few weeks so this might be a little long.  It's been insane.  I went to L&D 3 times last week.  The first two times were due to PTL caused by a UTI and spilling ketones from the GD.  My contractions were 2 minutes apart and pretty strong!  After lots of fluids and antibiotics they got the contractions to slow down and eventually stop a few days later.  The last time I went was due to another kidney stone :(  But I'm feeling much better now and I'm full term!  At my OB appt on Monday they were concerned about pre-e (high BP, protein in my urine and swelling) so I had to do a 24 hour urine catch on Tuesday and I'm waiting to hear the results.  So it's possible that they will induce me in the next couple of days.  If not, I'll be induced at 39 weeks due to GD.  I go twice a week for non-stress tests and bio-physical profiles (u/s) and baby looks great every time so he's a tough little guy!

Here is my 37 week picture and some nursery pics!

Congrats to the new BFP's and ((hugs)) to those who need them!

ETA:  The tree is almost done.  There are two little owls that need to be painted on the long branch.  My stepmom has been painting it and I love it!

Edit again:  I'M BEING INDUCED TONIGHT!  Ahh!  They called and said I have mild pre-e and since I'm full term they want to go ahead and induce.  I'm so nervous and excited!

  • Ooo, I'm early for this, and eager to report that things are going much better! Due to some spotting and weird symptoms, I had a 2nd beta, and an u/s yesterday. Beta was good, but they did the u/s to make sure the pregnancy isn't ectopic.

The u/s showed a gestational sac in the uterus! :) They didn't see a yolk sac, or fetal pole, but they didn't seem concerned as they said it's normal not to see that at 5 weeks.

I have another ultrasound on July 6th, at 6 weeks, where we hope to be able to see at least a yolk sac in the gestational sac which will confirm that the pregnancy is not ectopic, or possibly even a fetal pole or a heartbeat! Come on July 6th!!!!!

I hope all of you ladies are doing well. I'm rooting for all of you to be able to move on soon! Sending out HUGE HUGE hugs to all and any of you that need them this week!

  • Morning ladies! Congrats to all the recent BFP's and good luck to all those ladies cycling right now. I had my follow up u/s on Monday and got to see my little girl again! She was being a troublemaker and made it hard for the tech to get pictures of everything but thankfully she eventually did and so far everything looks good. Petri was so awake and moving all over the place. She even flipped completely over during the scan. So cool! We're starting on her nursery this weekend and have a first name picked out (I think it will be Emily) but we're having a hard time figuring out a middle name. Any suggestions?:) pic of my baby girl in my siggy!

Good luck with everything.  Mrs.Johns' LO has the same allergies, she might be able to give some help with your diet restrictions.  She's been successfully BF for 6 mths since they discovered the allergy.

My LO has some tummy troubles and we started him on infant probiotic.  Ofcourse ask your Dr, but that might help her poops.  We use DrUtos infant from Whole Foods refridgerated vitamin section.  It really helps his poops not be so crazy.

Really? I also have a cousin who has a 12 year old daughter whose name is Emily Rose. Considering we live in different countries, I'm guessing they're not the same person....but funny, anyway :) I agree, that the name tends to stick with you (I don't know any of my other cousin's MN's!).

Megan Jay - I don't know if it would bother you (it obviously doesn't bother some people), but Emily Rose is the name of the devil child in the movie Rosemary's Baby.

No bump pictures yet, but I plan to start taking them soon.  I definitely am noticing growth, but I don't think it is apparent to others yet.  I'm still sick as a dog, unfortunately.  I'm so ready to start feeling better.  Throwing up every.single.morning is starting to take a toll.

I got results back from my 1st trimester sequential screen (blood work and ultrasound), and everything looks good.  The nuchal fold measurement was good.  My chances for the Trisotomy diseases are less than 1 in 10,000.  My chances for a Down's baby is 1 in 910.  I'm not really sure whether that is good or not.

I feel like I haven't gotten to see baby in forever, and I don't have another ultrasound scheduled until Aug. 8 (anatomy scan).  I'm tempted to schedule an elective ultrasound soon, so that I can find out the sex and see the sweet babe again.  We'll see.

Good luck to all the TTTC gals!

  • Good morning! I continue to send good thoughts and many prayers for everyone to join us here soon!

I'm still in shock that I'M posting here!

We had our first u/s on Monday this week and saw one sac/yolk sac, which they said was right on schedule for 5w5d. I go back on July 11 for the next one, and hopefully we'll see a beautiful heartbeat that day! I'll be 7w5d, so I'm hopeful. My RE also had me schedule my RN visit and my first OB visit (so those are 7/21 and 8/1), because as long as all looks good on 7/11, I'll be graduating :)

And I'm going to FL next month for almost a week, since my mom spends summers there, and hopefully we'll be checking out some maternity outlets!

  • Hello from Aruba!

I am now 6 weeks pregnant.  My only symptom is pretty bad chest tenderness.  I have started sleeping with a sports bra on to ease the pain.  Also, I tend to get car sick, but no other nausea.

We had our first u/s before leaving for aruba.  I was at 5 weeks and 2 days, so no hb yet.  But there was one yolk sac and one fetal pole in the right place (in my uterus).  I can't show you the picture because I'm in aruba and my husband made me leave the picture at home so I wouldn't stare at it all week!

Next u/s is on Tuesday.  I'll be 6w6d then and hopefully we'll see a heartbeat!

LOL, he's so cute!! That is such an awesome picture! :)

  • I don't have any pictures, but can tell you I already look as far along as I did when I was 18-weeks with DS.  =P  I'm feeling great!  We had our first-tri screening on Tuesday and it was awesome!  I'm going to be seeing MFM for a u/s every 4 weeks to check growth and cervical lenth, then my regular ob every 4 weeks, so I'll have an appointment every other week.  I feel really good about this pregnancy and am glad to have the more frequent monitoring so I can continue to feel like that.  Congrats girls!

I'm loving all the recent additions to the group!!  Congrats in particular to FireWife and Ash!!

Illini, you have the cutest little bump

HC, love your baby belly.  Can't wait to hear what you're having.

RG, I'm in love with your little man!!  Love the shirt.

Mrs. Monica, your little lady is just gorgeous!

No real update from me.  My next appointment is next Thursday.  Mr. Glow swears I've popped in the past few days.  I tend to believe him.  Yesterday, someone was randomly asking me if this was my first (never met this person before).  I asked her how far along I looked out of curiosity (she didn't know about the trips yet), she said at least 6 months (24 weeks+).  Yikes.

  • Hey girls! I hope youre all doing well and cant wait to see all of you on PAIF!! I had my 3rd u/s yesterday to follow up the not so great news from last week. Looks like my amnio HAS increased but not to a "normal" amount, and our hb went up from 124 last week to 180! woo hoo! I was 8w3d yesterday and measured 7w3d. Our RE is begining to notice a pattern of our LO being "consistently a week behind". But atleast we have a weeks worth of growth from last week and great hb increase! I scheduled my first OB appointment for July 12, and my class on early genetic testing for the 18. Our RE wants us to go back each Wednesday for a follow up u/s with him until we have our OB appt.

I dont have a bump yet, but I have a u/s pic to share! Love you girls!

A huge congrats to the newest graduate, Ashleyann!!!!!!!!! :)

MrsMon-Bryn is too cute. I think I need to refollow your blog, bc it is no longer showing up in my feed. I don't want to miss out on the cuteness.

Riley-Love that Rocky photo of Jack. He is so sweet. I want to kiss those cheeks.

Sorry no updated bump photo from me today, but I should be adding some to my blog in the next few days. I have had two baby showers already, which is so surreal.

Good morning ladies! Congrats on the recent BFPs! Good luck to those cycling. I'm thinking of you ladies! So not much to update on me. I feel like my bump has been the same size for several weeks now. Which makes me think it's due to grow a ton here soon. I am almost in the 3rd trimester! That excites/scares me. I really don't have anything set up nursery wise and I feel like I'm running out of time. It really is great to see all you ladies' bumps and babies. I love grad check in! Photobucket This is me at 26 weeks. My allergies have really been bothering me so I look all weird and tired.
