BIL and SIL had their beautiful baby girl last night. Their daughter turns 4 in August, their twins turn 3 in August- so T&P for a busy busy mommy, lol.
When it comes to names, they are the "cool" hip couple- DH and I are the nerdy traditionalists. They just announced my niece is Wren Campbell. I'll keep my opinion to myself ![]()

Re: AW: My niece is here :)
That is nice that your LOs will have a cousin so close in age!
DH and I are nerdy traditionalists too. I bet they get a lot of "What a unique/different/special name!" comments from people like me who don't know what else to say!
Congrats! Lots of little cousins running around together, huh?
I don't hate the name, but it wouldn't be one I picked. Just out of curiosity, what are the siblings' names?
aww, congrats auntie! I like the sound of Wren, but the spelling looks "ugly" to me for some reason?!
I'm so jealous you guys all have kids around the same age who will grow up together. My bro & SIL need to get to work, or else Evan won't have any cousins! (DH's sisters have kids, but they are all 10+ years old)
My niece is Avery. The twins are Reese & Rory. I always thought the "R" (and now "Wr") would sound funny with a little kid "lisp" given our last name.
It's suuuper fun but chaos sometimes. Between her and I we've had 7 kids in less then 4 years. I can't even imagine our Disney trip this year...
Yeah, that should be quite an adventure!
I've worried about this with our R name if we pick that one...I make G say it all the time to make sure he pronounces the R correctly. It's actually the L sound he kind of messes up.
Congrats, I don't hate the name, but wouldn't choose it myself. A friend of mine just mentioned her new niece was named Wren so I guess it is becoming sort of popular and maybe even trendy?
Is Rory a boy? Just wondering. My DH LOVES the name Rory because of the young Irish golfer that recently won the U.S. Open. I keep telling him I think it is becoming a unisex sort of name and I don't really like it when people have to question if it is a boy or a girl. I have heard people naming their girls Aurora/Aurelia and then calling them Rory (which I do think is adorable). Reese and Rory are both pretty unisex actually so I wasn't sure what the twins were except I am assuming Reese is a girl b/c of the spelling.
Yep, Rory is the boy. It's funny b/c when they came out of delivery and announced the names everyone was kind of like, "hmmm ok, which baby is which name?"
