I have 38 med students that I do everything for- scheduling, applying for auditions, applying for residency, planning parties, paperwork, accreditation, budget, etc.

Are you going back to work after the baby? My job is never done! Full time, no benefits! Seriously though a teachers salary won't cover full day care for 2 and working would cut into Lydia's therapy schedule.
If you could give your little one advice that they would follow and remember for the rest of their life what would it be? Breathe. Things can always be worse. So what if something didn't go exactly as planned. With kids you have to be flexible and willing to go with the flow.

My DH wouldn't let me use any of them because he thinks they're too "old lady", but Miriam, Naomi, and Lydia are the names I absolutely adore. You have fantastic taste!
