Anyone have this Kohlcraft dbl stoller (CARA)

I am looking at this one. It has mixed reviews but I have seen it out a few times and it looks pretty nice. It changes into a bunch of different positions and accomodates infant carriers...

I've been looking at this one too (for the future).

My neighbor got it and returned it. She said it was a piece. Too long/big for her car (she drives a Tahoe) way to heavy and badly made. She got the City Mini and loves it and won;'t shut up about it. I might get the City Select, I need to do more research.
ETA: she did not have the new one, she had the older one in red that Jen just linked.
