Lazy feeder - switch to the next level nipple ?

The last few days DS has been very lazy towards the end of his bottle and it takes work to get him to finish it.  He drinks 4 ounces at a time and the first 2.5-3 ounces is fine, but that last 1-1.5 ounces he's just not interested in. He used to have rice cereal in his bottles because of his reflux so when we stopped that the GI said to switch him back to the level 1 because he wouldn't be used to the thinned out formula.  Do you think he's lazy because he's getting tired from working or he's just not hungry anymore (and if this is the case I am going to scream!) ?

    the only way to really know is to switch back to the level 2.

    I would say he is just working too hard.
