Tips for getting 11m son to keep a hat on??? Haha

Yah, I know, I'm asking the impossible. I actually just want him to keep it on for pictures. Literally enough time for him to smile with the hat on and snap a picture. Right now, the hat goes on and his hand goes up to pull it off. :(

    the only thing that has ever worked for me at that age was severe distraction :) like for Audrey's 1 year pics, i had her favorite Elmo that i brought out the second the hat went on, and she forgot all about the hat :)

    I just started practicing with Jack. Distraction is key! Once he was distracted he left it on for awhile. I plan to do if for a little while each night so he gets use to it.
