  I used the Gerber Organics when we were out and about, just because they came in the plastic packages and I didn't have to worry about them breaking or spilling in the diaper bag.  Gabe never complained, although I almost cried when he gobbled up the Gerber carrots after turning his nose up at my homemade carrots for weeks, lol

  I make all of Nora's food as well, but the few times we've been on the go we've had great success with Plum Organics line of food.

  Earth's Best and Plum organics. I heart plum because you can get a detachable spoon and squeeze out however much, and then put the top right back on If they don't want the whole pouch - less contamination. Or amoebas, whichever word you prefer. He he
