What are some more "unique" items I might have missed on my registry. My first shower is Saturday and people have just started purchasing (very generously) and I'm worried I already may need to add more. (the less expensive items i already have are paci's, a couple burp cloths, sheets, bottles, wash cloths) Thanks for any ideas.
Re: $20 or less registry items..
Lotions and soaps. Gripe water, baby tylenol and ibuprofen. Small travel cooler for bottles. Bath toys. Buttpaste. Board books. Mesh feeders. Lullaby CD's. Teethers.
I could go on and on
I've got a bunch on my blog

Most of these I didn't register for, and I wish I had!
Carina 12.28.2010 | Aurelia 9.23.12 | Chart - Round 3
Baby hangers, that giraffe teething thing, other teethers, paci and bottle clips.
I feel like the majority of my registry is either under $20 or over $150 somehow.
Twin boys born too early at 17w4d and 18w2d in February 2010
Transabdominal cerclage placed September 2010
DS born at 35w1d in February 2011
Twin girls born at exactly 36w in February 2013
I actually went over to the medicine department and added a ton of stuff there! Not everything will be used immediately but still important when you find that you do need it and don't have it!
Infant advil
Kid friendly ice packs
Children's neosporin
Anti-itch spray (I didn't pick an actual "childrens" version of this because it didn't have an active ingredient to stop the itching. But, a small spray on a mosquito bite wont be of any true harm!)
A small first aid kit for the diaper bag (MediBuddy I think it was called)
Simethicone gas drops.
Sunscreen- Aveno childrens
And not from the pharmacy department:
Arm & Hammer nursery fresheners
Books (lots of kids books!)
I also walked around the "home" department of target and added some wall art, I picked a lamp that wasn't matchy matchy to our bedding set and a small storage ottoman.
