Oyy, things were a little intense yesterday, but I didn't think anyone would actually kick you off the page. Uggh. The whole thing just spiraled way out of control, there was no need for it to go where it did.
Uhh is that even possible? sure you didnt just leave and come back here to start trouble?
Admins can always eject someone from a group on FB. At least, that's been the case in any group I've been a part of.
If you ladies are going to bring it here to the main board, at least fill the rest of us in. Otherwise, you should invite the OP back to the group and hash it out there.
As far as I know, no admin has kicked ANYONE out. We're a very open, welcoming group over there. After all, it's the same ladies from here. April 2011 is a fun, loving, and for the most part supportive group of girls!

If she was deleted then it was bc whoever is an admin thought it was best (idk who the admins r) but it wasnt.suggested or brought up to delete her.
She is referring to the mamabird thing yesterday....
And when she posted she got deleted, she was still a member of our group...sooo not quite sure what shes talking about.
Btw, im driving so thats why its short sentences...not trying to sound snarky.

The drama died down late last night and as of that time, she was for sure still a member. I didn't go to bed until midnight and I saw her there. I really doubt anyone would have kicked her out considering no one there has a problem with talking about the drama that happened.
Mamabird post caused issues. FB group discussed said issues. Jackie told Mamabird. It's no secret so why kick her out?

Drama, Drama.
This, plus an admin just confirmed we have no "blocked" members from the fb oage. So it appears jackie left on her own.

I'm fine with not being on fb page. I really only checked when the bump was dead. That being said, I checked it this morning and when I went on this afternoon it stated that it was locked and I couln't view anything.....so I am assuming I was blocked and then maybe unblocked. FWIW I sent a pm to mamabird last night before I saw anything that was on fb. But anyways, moving on....if it was a mistake or something no big deal....I took it personally....but I agree it's time to let it go.
I really do like this page and I'm sure things will go back to being as lovely as they were.
You agree its time to let it go yet you are still talking about it and ending your post with halloween costumes. Please stay away from our facebook page. its drama free:)

Oh, sorry, we were back in high school... No, no, wait, middle schhol. At least, that's what we're accused of on the roll call for poking fun. Grow up ladies. Move on. We sure have.

yesthisiskim, I like you, so I really, truly don't mean this to be super snotty or anything.
But as someone who was not involved yesterday and is now just reading it all after the fact...the drama was really immature. And you did a lot to continue it w/ the "Roll Call" post, which is still being commented in as of this evening.
So I'm not sure you're in a position to tell people to "grow up," you know? Drama and hurt feelings don't go away because you don't want to play anymore.
eta: And again, not to be an ass, but if you and whoever you are including in this royal "We" had truly moved on, you wouldn't be commenting further.

I see your point. But I do not sit around on FB or TB all day too keep up with the smack talking, drama and fun-poking. And as someone who "stirred the pot" I think I have more than nothing to do with this. And it's gone WAY too far, not by my doing. Everyone else gets a say in the matter, shouldn't I?

FWIW, a great way to possibly end the drama is to own up to being immature this one time. We all have our moments - you had yours very publicly and got called out on it. OWN it. If you don't, you just come off as REALLY immature and defensive and if you do - drama is over for the most part and we all move on. Everybody wins. You coming on here right now and telling people to 'grow up' is not another fine moment for you.
Just a little perspective. I like you Kim but you need to own up to the misbehavior. It happens to the best of us.

Obviously I have. I didn't sit here responding to every post nor did I keep posting anything on the matter. This wack got out of hand and it's the ladies who are still posting on the roll call who haven't gotten over it. So really, tell me again how I'm not over it?

Because you are still commenting on it now, in this post. If you really didn't care, you wouldn't have commented to begin with. You stated that you have the right to voice your feelings on this. That's fine. So does the OP and anyone else commenting here, so telling anyone to grow up and move on is a bit hypocritical.
The poster below me made a good point, so I'm going to leave it at "this."
you asked about it since you were clearly not around when it went down. Didn't you think you were going to cause another fire that was already put out yesterday?! AND seriously since you were not even a part of it yesterday why do you find the need to put your usual two cents in... I really cant bite my tongue on this one. I find it annoying as hell that you always say the same *** when things get a little crazy. Please get off your pedestal you have been standing on it for far too long.

Re: anyone else get kicked off the fb page for being a grown-up?
I'm with you! want to hear it!!
And this would be the problem w/ off boards.
That being said...what happened?

I think I'm actually glad now that my power was out for 28 hours. Yikes!

Nah, I like it up here. The view is pretty.
