I know it can be done between 11-14 weeks. Does it matter when it's done, as far as accuracy? I am schedued for one at 12W2D and was going to see if they could fit me in the week before instead.

I'm pretty sure if they want it done between weeks 11 and 14 it does not matter when, just as long as it falls in those weeks. Mine is scheduled for 13w 3d. I wouldn't change your appt.
Wow it's interesting how different the time frames are. At my doc's they do it between 11w3d and 12w6 day. Or wait, maybe it was 13w6d LMAO Now i'm confused.
But to your question, no it doesn't matter as long as it's within that time frame:)
The place that does the NT Scans here told me that 12 weeks is the best time for the scan, however it can be done anywhere between 11 and 13 weeks. If you measure 14 weeks or more they can not do the testing.
Re: NT Scan, does it matter when?
My doctor told me to go anytime between 11-13 weeks. Mine is scheduled for next Tuesday at 12w4d. I personally wouldn't change your date.
