Someone locked and edited the manners post but didn't delete it or edit the sig?

What's the point of that?

    mods are locking all the posts that this person has started, but they don't have the power to edit sigs.  They're waiting for the bump gods to get off their arses and do something

    I think someone asked a mod to do it so the post wouldn't garner more attention, thus leaving the troll too bored to post more. 

    Not that it will work, but I believe that was the intention.

    A board mod did it.  They have the ability to edit post content but not sigs and they cannot delete the thread itself, only lock it.  The last post states that Eileen has been contacted but has yet to respond

    Did you see the part that it is another poster's info? This AE has been posting her personal info and pics all over 9-12. Shiit is crazy.

    Yeah, exactly. There's no point in editing/locking the post when the Bump Gods aren't removing the sig and the sig is what's causing the problems.

    If the post is locked, people can't respond and bump it back to the top. It's all I got.
