so we need to sleep and I am about ready to cry it out, but I do not remember how old my son was and whether or not we still swaddled. It seems cruel to swaddled and cry it out because then she get her hands, but some times her hands still freak her out. She is just over 4 months.....help
The most she has slept in a row is 6 hours and that was for about 2 weeks straight- i miss sleeping and more importantly she missed sleeping.
Re: swaddling when to stop??
We've never swaddled because Audrey hated it from Day 1, but I've heard great things about the Magic Sleep Suit from other moms. Apparently it's a great thing to transition babies out of their swaddles without going cold turkey.
this! I've started swaddling DS with one arm out for now. Most nights he wakes himself up with the arm that's out, but I'm trying to just be really patient with it. We'll probably do one arm out for a few weeks just to make sure he's really comfortable with that before we break the other arm out.
