Update: My 5w4d Ultrasound

Ladies - I posted yesterday and many asked for an update. My ultrasound went great! I would PIP but I have no idea how to.
They saw a gestational sac and a yolk sac and I can even make out the baby (I think!?). She said it implanted in the right spot and everything looks good so far.
We go back in one week at 6w4d and she said we should be able to see the heartbeat. I feel so happy and shocked. I still can't believe there is something in there!

I am hoping for the "right spot" feedback as well. Darn septum makes me nervous! fwiw: you will have your 2nd u/s before I have my first.
