I am the logistics assistant in a rail and trucking company

3. Have you bought anything for baby yet?

Not yet, I won't buy anything until after a couple good dr. apptments.

Good little intro for all the late arrivals to this month's board...

1) I'm 31, DH turns 36 next month

2) I'm and attorney, he's a producer for ESPN

3) We've bought little things here and there for the past year before we TTC if we went someplace cool, but now that we're actually pregnant, we're waiting until U/S next Monday to start any shopping. Are staying distracted by researching strollers like crazy. Did buy some loose(r) clothes this past week to get me through the bloat stage.

1. How old are you/your DH? I am 27, Justin is 29.2. What do you do for a living? I am a Licensed Masters Level Social Worker in Kansas. I work at a Child Advocacy Center, which is basically a safe place for kids and teenagers to come and talk and get a medical exam after they have been abuse or witnessed a crime. I work with the non offending (non abusive) parent to provide ongoing support, resources, and therapeutic case management. It is a new program at our agency, so I have been able to make it into whatever I want it to be. I love my job!!3. Have you bought anything for baby yet? With our last pregnancy we bought a crib and changing table/dresser the weekend after the BFP. Part of me regrets getting it so soon, but I'm also happy we have such a big purchase already taken care of. We bought it at Nebraska Furniture Mart, and it was when they were having no interest financing for two or three years, so it was a good deal. My SIL also gave us a sleep sheep and a changing pad/diaper holder to keep in the diaper bag right after we told her about our first BFP. Sooo, I guess long story short is we have stuff but it was bought before this BFP.

I grew up showing and riding. I also helped a few summers at a camp that did thereputic riding. That is so cool that you will be certified!!

Cool, I currently have a couple horses that I barrel race with. I am excited about getting this certification finished!

So excited to be here. Hope I get to stay this time around!!! Fingers crossed!

1. I am 36. Fiance took off after miscarriage in the fall. I was determined to have a baby - so did artificial insemination/IUI.

2. I am a pediatric ER physician. I too love my job most days. Nervous about how tough all of my night shifts will be while pregnant (and with a newborn!).

3. Haven't bought anything. Super nervous after miscarriage. Not sure when I will feel "safe" to buy things! Told my sister last night, and instructed her to be "cautiously optimisitic" - I would bet she is out shopping right now!! ha ha!

3. Have you bought anything for baby yet? Nope we have everything we need. I will buy one boy and one girl outfit to bring baby home in and that is it. If it is a boy this time then will shop for clothes right after he is born. If a girl she will wear all of her sister's clothes.

3. Have you bought anything for baby yet? Unless it is a girl, we probably won't buy much of anything. I will buy two outfits to bring to the hospital, one for a boy and one for a girl. The other purchases we make will be to move the 2 y.o. into a bed, so baby can have the crib.

Then I will take a pic of him in his shirt and change my Facebook profile pic to that when we are ready for the world to know.

We actually bought 2 small stuffed animals to "inspire" the little one to finally join us (we were trying for a year and I had a medical condition that was getting in the way). Then 2 weeks ago we bought an antique silver baby cup, but at the time we didn't know it was a baby cup AND we didn't know I was pregnant! So I guess that's going in the baby's room

2. What do you do for a living? I work for the federal government, DH is a chartered accountant. He recently moved from an accounting firm (lots of unpaid OT) to a local municipality (8:30-4:30!) Perfect timing for that move!

3. Have you bought anything for baby yet? MIL and SIL bought a jogging stroller at a yard sale the weekend we told them about the BFP, but I paid them back, so I guess I bought that! Trying not to buy anything, but at $30 and in great shape, it was a deal! Inherited TONS of stuff from an older cousin though, and my mom has been buying stuff since we started trying to conceive, 2.5. years ago!!

1. How old are you/your DH? I will be 26 in a week or so, and DH is 33

2. What do you do for a living? I work as a microbiologist at a pharmaceutical contract lab, and DH is a plumber.

3. Have you bought anything for baby yet? We have not. We haven't even told anyone yet. I think I will buy my dad an I grandpa shirt to bring to him for his birthday when I see him next week
