TTC After a Loss
Well I'm back, my stay at PGAL was very short :(
Well on the Tuesday, the 14th I was so happy to see my BFP. I went to the doctor on Thursday, the 16th and she drew blood and just talked with me and told me that if I started spotting to call her and she would call me in some progesterone suppositories and sure enough that evening I started spotting. I immediately called the doctor couldn't get anyone (nurse, doctor, anyone!) I kept calling all day and leaving about 3 voicemails and tried to talk to the nurse direct and no one would let me! So the nurse called Friday and told me she got my blood work back and said my HCG and Progesterone were extremely low. My HCG was 19 and Progesterone was 1.3. The nurse told me there was nothing they could do and that I was most likely going to miscarry. And of course she was right and late Friday night I started bleeding heavy and cramping. It was one of the worst days of my life. I was so aggrivated that I tried and tried calling and no one cared to call me back or let me talk to the doctor or nurse even when I told them my situation. I believe I have already just about passed everthing. I go Wednesday to get my blood work done again to make sure my levels are dropping and go back to the doctor for a follow up on the 30th of this month. Has anyone been in a situation like mine? What will the doctor do next? All I take now it my vitamins and 81 mg of Aspirin a day.

I'm so sorry you're back here. I hope you can get some answers soon.
I had early bleeding with my first (very short) PG - I had a low progesterone issue and once we found out I started taking supplements (orally) after O to help. Now my P4 (progesterone) numbers are good and I also got PG again (see siggy) on Progesterone and for a longer time.

Long story: trying on our own + testing testing testing with 6 rounds of Clomid, more testing, injectables + TI, laparoscopy - one tube blocked, 2 IUIs with Follistim...BFNs.
RPL testing all normal, Karyotyping normal
Moving on to IVF.
IVF #1 April 2012 = BFN, IVF #2 June 2012 = BFP. U/S 7/23 = saw heartbeat but measuring behind. Follow up U/S on 7/30 - no heartbeat. D&C 8/2. Trisomy 12. IVF #3 Oct 2012 = Chemical Pregnancy
Phone consult with CCRM on 12/12/12 - ODWU 1/4/13 - both tubes clear(!) - AFC 24, AMH 3.2, FSH 9.6, LH 5.4, E2 25. DH has high frag rate but improved!
IVF #4 March 2013 CCRM. EP protocol w/ Menopur, Gonal-F & Dexamethasone. ER 3/29 & IMSI, PICSI. 43R 13M 10F 6blasts bio'd. CCS testing reveals 3 normals!!!
FET 5/31/13 of 1 4AA blast - thawed and expanded. 4dp5dt BFP.
Beta 9dp5dt = 181, 11dp5dt = 427. 1st u/s showed a healthy heartbeat! EDD 2/16/14
After 4 years of hoping and heartbreak, our sweet little bean was born on 2/19/14
