  • The list looks good we are leaving for VA Beach on Friday, I'm also taking wet ones, antibacterial wipes for the hotel bathtub, and snacks for my boys on the way there because we are driving. Snacks I'm taking in the cooler:: Yogurt, sandwichs, raisins, WW crackers, bottles of WCM, cheese (string cheese packs well and isn't messy), fruit snacks for DS1.

  • Mt list would probably 1/10 of that.  Clothes, diapers, pack n play, sippy cups and whatever crap I keep in the diaper bag.  I prefer to travel light.

  • I edited your list for me personally - you may need all those thingsbut I pack as light as possible.

bouncey seat?  I haven't used that in like 6 months :)

  • Are you moving to the beach? My list would be far smaller than that. Pack the necessities.

That list does look long. I would take a hat, bathing suit, sunblock for baby, something to sit on, sippy w/ water, water for formula, formula, maybe one of those tent things to block the sun & for him/her to sleep in, and food if you want to do solids while you are there. I guess if you are staying long enough to do a nap the seahorse could work but I don't think I could get my son to nap at the beach. He'd probably sleep in the car on the way back or if you are out of town the hotel.

  • My list is crazy short compared to yours.  Sippy cups, bathing suit, cloth diapers, wet bags and float for the pool.

He actually takes his bottles in the bouncy seat and will kinda of chill there when he gets tired so that's why we're bring that.

Also, question...so you don't need formula, bottles or anything like that? because I can see that you eliminated alot of items that dealt with that type of thing. Since we are staying for several days and Aidan is still drinking formula from bottles I will need both as well as spoons to feed him his purees. I also need to be able to clean the bottles hence the bottle brush and dishwashing soap. The bottle rack is simple convenience as I find it far easier to use that trying to dry bottles by laying paper towels on the counter.

  • ahh, I see the issue. I failed to mention that we weren't just going to the beach but would be staying there for 4 days.
