Tell us something we don't already know about you! I used to be a competitive figure skater. I started skating at age 3 and competed from age 5 until 13. I quit when my coaches were talking seriously with my parents about me needing to move away from home to train. They wanted me to pursue Olympic-level competition and my heart wasn't in it. Plus, we honestly couldn't afford it.

I'm one of those weird people who enjoy music (I listen to the radio, attend concerts from rock to opera, etc.) but don't really have a favorite. Hell, half the time I don't even know the name of the band when I'm singing along with one of their songs!
Last date night...when and where? OMG. I can't even remember. We don't do date "night" because Ben's parents are our babysitters and they only like to watch the kids at their house, which makes Will and Dash's 7pm bedtime super awkward. A few weeks ago Ben and I - no kids - went on a drive (morning to afternoon) to the town we're moving to, and that included lunch. Does that count lol?
Favorite article of clothing? I hate all my clothes (my body is so awkward and awful that nothing fits properly - I have to wear things a size large because my stomach is so saggy)! Can I pick shoes instead? I have lots of shoes I love.
Tell us something we don't already know about you! Ummmm - I must overshare or something, because I can't think of anything. How about...when I was about 10, my cousin and I put on a "fashion show" for our families starring my cousin's Pomeranian, who we dressed up in doll clothes. I made up programs and everything. The show culminated in the dog's "trick" that I had taught her (walking up a ramp and jumping off). I was a weird kid.

Tell us something we don't already know about you! I got a perm yesterday for the first time since circa 1990. It's a digital perm, so not like the old school perms. Was developed in Japan and Korea, I think, and they use chemicals and heat instead of just chemicals. Going for the beachy, wavy look. Perhaps I'll share pics in a few days, once it calms down. (Although it is already pretty loose, thank goodness.)
Do you have the Pop Culture Trivial Pursuit? I will die if you know the answer to this question, which was the final question one game when I was playing my friend. I, of course, knew the answer (because as listed above, 'NSync is one of my favorite bands off.all.time.).

Last date night...when and where? A couple weeks ago we went out for dinner by ourselves and the weekend before that we went out for dinner with friends. My MIL lives three blocks from us, but she has NEVER been able to put Elyse to sleep EVER. So we have a friends daughter come over and watch Elyse.
Favorite article of clothing? Maxi dresses. I just discovered maxi dresses this summer! They're awesome, specially with a "blooming" baby belly. And I use belly loosley, because I think my entire body is puffing up.
Tell us something we don't already know about you! MH has been working out of town every week (Tues-Fri) since Elyse was born. We will be moving to the community he's been working in this summer. I do plan on going back to work when we move to Hawaii. I want to keep up my nursing skills so I always have it to fall back on. I may just work per diem (usually one day a week, no benefits). That's the goal.
She was super nice and waaaaaaaaay funny. She did killer impersonations and was super laid back. Ate tons of pizza and never worried once about working out... that was a month or so before Miss Teen USA. Then I got to come home and watch her win!

Tell us something we don't already know about you! In late high school my BFF and I went to see Marky Mark (Mark Whalberg) and the Funky Bunch at a state fair (ouch). After the show, as we were leaving, we saw a hotel van pull out. I was driving and we followed it back into the city. It was indeed MM's van, we stood at the corner of the hotel giggling and I was lame so I didn't even get a picture or an autograph but we met him (with a small crowd of other girls). He's was kind and kinda short.

Tell us something we don't already know about you! This isn't super interesting, but one of DH's fav stories to make fun of me about. When we were living in LA, I was driving to work one day and saw these two dogs (one big, one little) playing on a really busy street so I pulled over to see if I could see if the little one had a collar and try to find its owner. Well as soon as I opened my door, BOTH dogs jumped in! I called the number on their collar & it was some chick, who lived near by but was at work 2 hours away. ugh. She asked me to literally break into her house so I could lock the dogs up. I had to climb her fence, find her spare key & manage to get these two dogs who didn't understand why I, some crazy stranger who had a lovely car, wanted them to go back inside. (why couldn't they stay in the backyard? b/c apparently there were workers in and out who must have inadvertanly let them out already once that morning...though I saw no workers) Anywho, I did all of this to then get to my car and realize my keys were inside & had to do the whole thing again. sigh. BUT it was worth it to save to the little puppies. I didn't see the dogs again on my way to work so hopefully she was a more responsible pet owners after that day.

Renee Zellweger came into the store with her mom - this was after Jerry McGuire, but before she got super famous. She asked me to get some shoes for her, but I was busy with a few other customers already, so one of my coworkers offered to take her; I couldn't say no b/c she wasn't helping anyone at the time
I was so desperate to talk to her, when my coworker was ringing her up, i said, "you look just like that girl from jerry mcguire!" and she turned beet red - I'm don't even know whether I knew for sure it *was* her until that moment, and then I felt bad and backtracked by trying to laugh it off and mumbled something like, "it's okay, i think she's super cute". she kept smiling and blushing, then hurried her way out of the store. oops. my coworker said she was *super* nice and polite.
