SO SORRY, I think I forgot this week!! Better late than never.
(For those of you who missed the original post, we're having a weekly thread on this board where those of us who are trying to get healthier/thinner/lighter/etc after having our babies can check-in with each other, without judgement, to track our progress and give support!)

Name: Molly
Ultimate Goal: Size 4
This week's progress: This past week I've been dancing with the baby, eating whole grains, no fried foods, and it's paying off! I went dress shopping for DH's high school reunion next month, and I've gone down to a size 8!! My 10 jeans are feeling loose, and the dress I bought was "Medium" instead of "Large!" I'm ecstatic. I don't look much different in the mirror, but even small progress is encouraging.
Baby steps, yall, baby steps!

Goal: is it too much to ask to go back to my size 0-2?
Progress: I'm happy with the way my upper body and face has slimmed down, i feel like my arms and torso are almost back to normal, my down side however are my pants, they are starting to feel a little looser around the butt - but my thighs and hips seem to be letting me down - they are just so much wider than they were pre-preg - trying to eat healthy, actually finding time to eat at all is my challange - i'm not hungry which is bad because i know i have to eat to prduce milk for my LO - guess i just have to hang in there

Goal: 30 lbs.
Progress: I lost another pound this week for a total of five since I have been working at it. I got in five days of exercise this week (yea!) but didn't do any of the 30 day shred (boo!) DD is going through a growth spurt and not sleeping well and I seemed to be able to motivate for a walk or yoga class but not the shred!
Well This week i have lost 5 pounds! which means i have lost all my baby weight and now its back to losing excess weight i had pre pregnancy. I started the Couch to 5k program which is going GREAT!! i also cut out soda and ice cream (2 things that became addicting during pregnancy terrible i know!!!) but that obviously is helping!!!!
Oh and if i reach my goal of losing 50 pounds my husband will take me on vacation!!!
Ultimate Goal: 50lbs which will still make me a 12.. lol
This week's progress: This past week I have been trying to walk, drink more fluids and make better eating choices. Its a new learning process
Ultimate Goal: To be more fit and less fluffy. No specific number in mind.
This week's progress: I actually do not own a scale but my pre-pregnancy shorts fit and one pair I couldn't fit into before pregnancy now fits.
Ultimate Goal: 110-115
This week's progress: Ugh, I think I have gained a few pounds. I am at 130. I can't work out for 2 more weeks, but it probablyyyyyy doesn't help that I am sitting here eating red velvet cake.
Ultimate Goal: 45 pounds
This week's progress: Doing alright. At my Dr.s appointment on Thursday I was down 23.
Ultimate Goal: Drop 15 lbs.
This week's progress: 10 of them are baby weight. The other 5 would just be nice. I have NO progress this week. Blah

Ultimate Goal: 135 lb/size 4
This week's progress: Down 3 ish lbs since my last doctor's appointment, for a total of 28 lost (43 lb. gained total). Finally cleared to start going for walks this week now that my OB finally found a dose of procardia that has my PIH under control, so hoping that will help some more weight come off.
