An Intro... scare today..

Hey all,

 I have been lurking around for a couple of weeks...  I found out today we are 6w1d. :) Officially!!  Yay!!  I wasn't suposed to go to the doctor until July 5th, but I ended up in the ER today...  THANKFULLY everything appears ok.  I was in a yoga class and I started to bleed.  Not just spotting.  Naturally I freaked and called my Dr.  She referred me to the ER. We had an u/s and got to see our little sweepeas heartbeat. They said everything appears fine and no rhyme or reason for the bleeding.  They put me on bedrest until I see my regular doctor.   

So relieved everything is ok and so amazing we got to see the heartbeat.  Made it finally seem real!  Thanks for letting me share.  congrats to all of you!!

    I had a scare Monday night, I bled heavily and passed clots, 3 betas later and I'm still pregnant!  I hate this explanation, but some women just bleed early on.  Congrats and take care of yourself!!

    Glad to hear everything is okay! I bled at 10 weeks in my first pregnancy and also ended up in the ER. Everything turned out fine for me as well. It's just one of those things that can mean nothing or everything and it's so scary! 

     But hearing the heartbeat makes it worth it, does it? :)

    How scary! glad everything is ok though!!!!! Thats how i found out i was preg again for sure! lol at the er! i had allot of sharp pains for about a week and a half and the first test was neg then a week later i took another one when i started having discharge and it was a faint positive then i went to the er and they checked everything and sure enough ! i was ! hehe My last pregnancy i had two scares like yours! just make sure you go when ever blood or lots of discharge is present! better safe then sorry!! good luck to u!
