  • Thanks for posting stl! Bring on the bellies and babies. I am so excited to see bellies of so many girls I have come to "know". Congrats again on all the bfps!
  • Loading the player...
  • Congrats to Ya Never Know on the 2nd line, and of course Gymnast who had her lil man!  :o)  So happy for all the other BFP girls on here this past week but also passing out some hugs to those struggling!  xo

I'm 28+ weeks now and feeling 28+ weeks!  My hips are pretty sore and I'm pretty tired lately, but other than that - no complaints.  We put together the glider last night so now the room is complete as far big-stuff/furniture goes... My shower is next weekend so I'm really excited about that!  Here I am...

  • Hi ladies!!  Finally - I have a baby for this post!!  Nikolai Joseph made his way into the world on 6/8/2011 at 7:09am.  He was 8lbs 2oz and 21 inches long.  Unfortunately his arrival didn't go as planned but he is healthy and that is what matters.  I really wanted a drug free birth but ended up needing a c/s.  My labor came on fast and strong (contractions 2 minutes apart within 2 hours of the first contraction) and the baby wasn't tolerating it well.  Someone equated it to 5 hours of transition.  OUCH!!  His HR was dipping too low for too long and the doc didn't think he would do well with pushing at all.  So c/s it was.  We are doing well now though.  Just trying to get BFing down and get on some sort of schedule.  Here is a pic of the little bugger.  I have more but they are all on Mark's camera and I need him to get them on the computer for me.  Hopefully next week.

  • Continued hugs and snuggles to all that need them.  I'm thinking about you ladies!!

Congrats to YNK and Ms. Gym on her baby boy!!

JK and MrsMo, you look great!!  Lovin' the bumps.

It's been a pretty wild week so far, not really in a good way.  One of the identicals might have a genetic defect, but it's possible the situation might clear up on it's own.  I go back tomorrow for another ultrasound.

Here's my 12 week 1 day belly pic.  Kind of scary already!

Hi Ladies!!  Congrats on all the recent BFPs over here and huge hugs to those still cycling.

I finally have belly pics to share!!  YAY!  Not much of a belly, but belly no less.  I need to take the 4 month pic soon as I'm thinking there will be a big difference!

No new news on the babies other than a quick check I had for pain on Monday.  Different u/s tech also said two girls so I felt confident enough to put it in my siggy :)

  • Congratulations Gym, Nikolai is beautiful!

No bump pic for me yet, but there will probably be one soon. Big Smile

I had an u/s last week and everything looked great. The heart rate on the doppler was 166 bpm. The anatomy scan is scheduled for August 2nd.

I had a dream last night that I had a baby girl via c/s. It was my first baby dream. It was kind of funny too, b/c the baby had brown hair and both my husband and I are blonde. It made me chuckle.

I am having an elective u/s on July 12th for gender determination. I will be a little over 16 weeks at that time. I am really looking forward to that day.

I think of you all often and am still cheering for you girls. ((((hugs)))) and prayers to those that need them.

  • I made it this time! Hi ladies I have not been on in a while... I wanted to wish everyone much luck!

My boys are doing great, Joshua is 8 pounds and Jacob is a little over 6 pounds. They are good babies, but have their nights and days mixed up so I really don't get much sleep. But they are wonderful and so worth it. Twins are a lot harder than I thought they would be. Unfortunately 1 is always left to CIO, it really sux. I do my best to handle them, but it's so hard because MH works so much. Joshua has a hearing test next Friday, his left ear failed it in the NICU. So I am a little worried. I hope it was just fluid... Here are some pictures of my boys!

Jacob and Joshua Joshua relaxing with his puppy! lol

  • Gymn: That's why my boys where taken out early. Jacob's HR kept dropping down to 60 and it would stay there for 5-10 mins. So they did the emergency csection. But Nikola is just precious!

Glow: You look so damn cute!!! I love the bump!! We will one day get our kids together!

Magnolia: You look great!! The Chicago GTG are going to get loud with all these babies!!

  • Everyone looks amazing, huge congrats and snuggly hugs all around :)

I am almost 8 weeks and trying to deny the m/s that is sneaking in. We have our 2nd u/s with the RE next week, and if all looks good, we will be released back to my obgyn! Can't wait to see our little babe again! It still does not feel real. No bump yet, but definitely carrying around a bloat baby! :)

Glow: You look so damn cute!!! I love the bump!! We will one day get our kids together!

Magnolia: You look great!! The Chicago GTG are going to get loud with all these babies!!

    You betcha, Mari!

Between the 3 of us, there would be 7 small children.

lol Ams would go too and she's got twin girls! So 9...

  • Everyone looks great! Good luck to all of you cycling right now!

    Gym...Total cuteness!

My bump looks the same as last week, so I thought I'd share this week's special treat...TEAM PINK!!!

Other than dizziness and fainting, I've been doing okay. OB thinks it is low bp or low bs. Said if my chest ever feels tight or I can feel my heart beating with it to call immediately and they'll get me in for some heart testing, but so far I haven't noticed that so I'm going with low bp as the likely culprit.

EDIT: Removed photo with full name on it

Photobucket Hey ladies! I hope everyone is doing great! Sorry I missed the last few weeks. Congrats on the BFPs and HUGS to those who need them! So a few weeks ago we found out we are having a boy! I am so excited and looking forward to meeting my son. I have to do the glucose testing on Monday, not looking forward to that! Here is a pic of me from last week (23 weeks). Sorry, this will be a post and run. I have to go to work! I'm already late!

Congrats to Ya Never Know on the 2nd line, and of course Gymnast who had her lil man!

Hi ladies!!

I am still naseous on and off but hoping it is starting to get better.

  • Hey girls! Payton and I are enjoying summer break together! She will be 3 months old tomorrow and time keeps speeding up! She is still as cute as ever - playing, "talking," and smiling a lot! She isn't STTN yet but we are settling into a routine and getting some longer stretches at night (4ish hours). GL ladies!

  • Everyone looks so good!   Congrats to the newest BFPs and hugs to all.  I still haven't taken any bump photos yet, but I think I need to start doing that very soon.  It's our 4th anniversary today, so maybe I'll have DH take one tonight since I want to get a pic of us on our anniversary.

Update:  I went to my first OB apt yesterday, but only met with the nurse.  They took urine and blood sample, checked weight, blood pressure, etc.  Then the nurse talked to me for an hour and gave me tons of info about the entire pregnancy and how they do things.  This is how my new OB's office schedules it where your first apt you only meet the nurse and then next Friday, I go back and meet with the OB after my urine and blood work comes back.  The nurse wasn't sure if I'll be doing an ultrasound with the OB next Friday or not, but had the records from my RE expressing concern over the twins different sizes.  If they can't do an u/s next Friday, hopefully I'll be getting another one very soon so I can see if both twins are still growing... otherwise, at this point, my NT scan should be coming up soon anyway.
