Just ordered my Sonoline B : )

Hi Ladies,

I kept going back and forth on whether or not I was going to buy a doppler for home...and after a few days without many symptoms and having 2 weeks until my next u/s, I caved and ordered one!

I know some on this board have metioned using them at home with success. Just wondering if you have any advice or stories to share about your home experience.

My symptoms also went away for about four days and I was silently freaking out. I ordered one and it arrived yesterday, just in time for m/s to return with a vengance. Figures. We tried it out last night and it was pretty cool. H didn't believe that it really worked at first, but finally after trying it on himself (yes, he tried it on his heart compared to his abdomen...weirdo) he was finally convinced that it worked. I envision that the Sonoline will be a great tool to put my mind at ease if my symptoms ever go away again. To me, it was totally worth buying.

I have to be honest - I'm the worst when it comes to online shopping Embarrassed . I don't really compare prices and I have to force myself to read reviews on the company. In fact, I'm so lousy at online shopping I usually don't do it.

I did see a lot of people had luck on eBay. I don't care for eBay much, but if you do, I've heard you can get some good deals that way.

The website I ordered from is www.PulseOximeterOnline.com It shipped the same day I ordered it - and I selected the free shipping option (usps priority mail). The company sends you the tracking information (which I love since I am stalking the package, lol) I selected the one that was around $55.00

I bought mine from fetaldoppler.net. It was also $55 and had shipping options ranging from free to overnight (+$30). It shipped same day from a suburban Chicago location.
