I caved and told DH

I was going to wait until Father's day but after keeping it a secret for 1 1/2 weeks I couldn't hold it any longer. Of course I haven't been feeling well and tired so he laughed and told me he had guessed (plus no AF so that's kinda telling too). He had texted a friend a few days ago saying he thought I was preggers but thought I was waiting till father's day. At least he let me try to have my surprise! Lol. What a man. :)

    . This!! I waited one day, and that was hard enough. Your tooo funny, congrats on finally telling DH.

    You held out for a week and a half?  Oh my goodness.  You were way stronger than I was.  I POAS when my husband was at work, not really expecting much, but kept having these weird cramps.  It took me all of two minutes from seeing that BFP to call him at work!  All I said was "Can you come home?"   He got all worried that something was wrong, so I told him I took a test and I passed!  He left right away.  

    Enjoy this little time in the "baby bubble" with your DH.  I am waiting to tell people until at least after our first appointment in a couple of weeks.  It is hard, but also wonderful to have this magical little secret that only the two of us know about right now.

    What a sweet man. My DH would have so bursted my bubble! I am impressed that you waited this long. I blurted to DH the minute I got the first BFP.

    Wow, you're a champ! I would never have lasted that long, and DH definitely would have ruined my surprise.

    Not anything really creative. Our boys had gone over to a friend's to play and DH was working at home so I asked if he was up for going out for a quick coffee date. I gave him a new baby card that said "Congratulations" and I wrote "on our expanding family AGAIN. We are pregnant!" then I wrote a little note about what a great dad he is to our kids and how I enjoy expanding our family with him. 

    He glanced at it and started laughing. He said he knew. :)

    I too have know for a week and a half & haven't said anything.  I almost told my DH last night when he told me that maybe he needs to go to the dr for a fertitlity check!  But then I'm wondering if he suspects something???  Only 4 more days...I can do it!!!
