Damabo, I secretly like reading the drama sometimes but I just can't imagine being in a relationship filled with so much of it. My husband and I just talked about this again today because of his friend, that we would never broadcast our issues if we were having them.
Luckily he deleted all of the ranting posts and I'm sure they will break up and be back together in a week, it's happened a million times.
Northeast Philadelphia is known for their very nosey neighbors and I am certainly no exception lol.
When my husband's cousin and his wife were having marrital problems (they are swingers), she posted that he forced her to have sex with strangers and if she didn't, he would threaten to beat her. Uhh, yeah, too much information there. The worst part is that she is facebook friends with her husband's kids and her own kids. Nice right?

I want this baby to cook as long as she needs to, but I'd really love it if she decided to come at 37 or 38 weeks (with fully developed lungs) so that the NB clothes and diapers we have for her actually get some use. Otherwise she's going to be 9-10lbs and will go straight to 0-3. I know that's so superficial and obviously I want her to be as healthy as possible...I just hope that coincides with a slightly earlier delivery than 39w3d when my c-section is scheduled.
This isn't so unpopular- I feel the EXACT same way. As long as she's fully baked, she's more than ready to come any time she wants!

I've never bought anything from etsy. I cringe at some of the quilts I see on there.
Me either. Funny thing is, I'm a HUGE Etsy stalker... Most of the prices are so insane, though, so I just can't bring myself to order anything. Plus, I'm a DIYer so I go to order something and then talk myself out of it by thinking "Oh, I could totally make this myself."
This. Most of the things I order off of etsy are "supplies" to make my own version. When I was getting married I bought feathers from a seller to make my own hair fascinators. I have bought loads of fabric to make my own things as well. There always seems to be cooler fabric on etsy than what my local stores supply.

This. I searched on etsy to find brooches for my bridesmaids... most were made into hair clips. I contacted the seller who wanted $75 for the brooch (needed 5)...um no thanks.
I did a little more research and found the exact brooch for $13 including shipping from China. Argh to that etsy seller... don't glue a hairclip to an inexpensive chinese brooch... and call it handcrafted + mark it up to way beyond its value.
Why is this a UO for me? Because I'm in the marketing field, and I LOVE entrepreneurs... but really... you made that?
I don't understand people's fascination with mucus plugs and dilation. No matter how many times people on the forums and even their doctors tell them it really means nothing, they still insist on posting the graphic, "I lost my mucus plug in chunks and I am 34 weeks!". Do you want a medal? It grosses me out. Then "I'm 1.5 cm dilated!". Wow, you mean your vagina (okay cervix) is stretching in preparation for birth in your third trimester...you don't say?! I get that it's a sign of progress and can be exciting, but really there is no reason to post it on the internet. It.means.nothing. I know this is a very highly unpopular opinion on the bump but, oh well.
My UO: I hate when people broadcast their relationship problems on facebook. I admit that I'm a nosey person but I just cringe when I see this. My husband's good friend and his fiance are always fighting and trying to intentionally emotionally hurt each other via facebook. You're 32 dude, grow up!
I tend to cut the people on FB who do that sort of thing. Or the ones that use FB solely to b!tch and complain and gain sympathy from others.

I b!tch on FB but it isn't a public post, some friends and I have created a private group. Essentially nothing is off limits because we are a small close group of friends. I would never put all my business out the on front street like that though. The worst my FB says is that I'm done for the day lol

I love alfredo, and want some now, too
I agree with your UO and will add broadcasting relationship problems in general. I was sitting at the garage waiting for my brakes to be looked at and the lady on the other side of the waiting room was talking to someone about how the other person never thanks her and she isn't appreciated, etc....No one cares, lady, take it outside.
I don't know if this counts as an UO, but I'm sick of random acquaintances posting on my fb wall asking how I feel. We don't otherwise talk, why are we suddenly friends now that I'm about to have a baby? You don't give a damn, you're just nosy.

I honestly, fully anticipated this to be unpopular. I guess I was wrong.
