Happy Tuesday Ladies!!! Well yesterday I was a slacker and ended up not working out. I started not feeling to hot and got a headache so I decided to relax.

So Im making up for it today!!!

  • Im going to ride my bike up to the track that is 1.5 miles away from my house and run. Just going to feel it out on how far I will run. Then ride back! Its kind of hot here today so I probably need to get going now!!!

  • Walked a mile with my DS this morning and now I'm going to do a prenatal workout DVD during his nap. I'm excited to use it because I bought it during my last pregnancy and only used the 2nd and 3rd trimester portions of it!

  • Nausea started to kick in last night and continued early this morning.  I'm thinking about waiting until DH gets home this evening for our walk.  I'm not moving too fast this morning, and it will be cooler then.

    I really love yoga and any stretching.  Feels so good!

  • I'm going to either do yoga or spin, depending on how I'm feeling. It all depends on whether this headache sticks around or not.

  • I just found out that I'm pregnant last Thursday!! I am used to doing Jilian Michaels, and intense cardio.. And I'm kinda wondering what I should be doing now.  I know I can walk, and I did 30 minutes on the eliptical on Saturday, but that felt like nothing.  I just ordered a book from Amazon "Exercising Through Your Pregnancy " by James F. Clapp III.

  • Hello! I'll probably walk 4 tonight with my baby sis... I slept in this morning and it'll be to hot to run tonight.

    Classes : Group Power aka Muscle Pump (barbell lifting class)

    Yoga! Love love Yoga!! But I stink at giving it it's proper time.

    And then I know you said not to say it but... cardio... I've really grown in to walking, that was a hard transition because it takes SO much longer than runs, but now I love it. I like riding my bike, but not spin classes (just never got in to them, and they are REALLY popular at my gym so it's hard to get a bike unless you go an hour early). If I'm at the gym cardio wise: I set the incline at 5 and walk a 4 pace (15 min/mi) or I jump on the stair stepper and do intervals.

    Last night was a long walk, walking lunges and burpees.  Not sure what tonight will be.  Really want to run, but still worried about bringing my heart rate too high.

  • I didn't work out yesterday b/c I felt awful all day long with a terrible headache. Tonight, I'm planning to go to yoga after work, but I am so tired, I'd love to just go home and be lazy!

  • DH and I just got back from a 40 min round trip walk... to the ice cream shop Embarrassed At least we were walking at a good clip, because the mosquitos are so bad here this year, and if you walk quickly enough they don't land on you much!!
