This is the Internet. This is a public forum. Your primary means of communication is through typing words. We are not face-to-face. If you are on this board, chances are you are not new to the boards or have lurked here long enough to know how it all works. It really should go without saying that since we all are TYPING what we want to say, there is no emphasis on certain statements and the only means of said emphasis is through use of emoticons or excessive punctuation. Sometimes things are said that are meant one way but are read and taken in a completely different way. It happens. That being said, PLEASE try to refrain from getting too upset/emotional over something posted on here. Chances are if your feelings are hurt over something on here, you read it the wrong way. Don't wear your feelings on your sleeve or play bully while hiding behind your keyboard. If you can't deal, maybe you should consider taking a break...or maybe the bump isn't for you. We are all adults here, about to bring life into the world. Lets act like role models for our future children, mkay? That is all. xoxo

!!!!!!! *emoticons and excessive punctuation to let you know how much I like this!* Seriously, some people really need to get thicker skins. I'll admit I've had my feelings hurt a little posting on a board(not here) but that's going to happen. It rolls off and you get over it. I also have enjoyed how nice and kind everyone has been to me and others. However, I've seen several others get extremely defensive when they don't like what someone else says and turn into drama queens. If you cannot handle another human disagreeing with you (bc that's never happened before, right?) Well then stay off the internet. I don't have much experience on these boards since I was never on TTC/TTGP. I am also one of the youngest here(NOT trying to rub that in, just saying for maturity), but I guess I've hung around chatrooms enough and was bullied enough as a kid that I think this sh!t is ridonkulous. People need to *deep breath* breathe. That's all I have to say... Confused

You're in luck...there is (for most of them anyway, some things will still leave you scratching your head). I've been referring to it all week, since I am new to message boards in general.

On the left side of your screen, scroll down to the section "My Boards" and under that you wil find a link for "Bump Board Glossary"

I have to agree with this. If I can't understand what you are saying because of poor grammar or spelling, or the ever-irritating text speak, I am basically going to gloss over anything you write. So if you want to be heard, or to get advice, write like the adults you are.

I already saved the image...I'm going to ask my mom to help me make them for LO's future baby shower! (my mom made our wedding cakes so she's amazing at this kind of stuff!)
