So tired...going to make decaf and pretend it's the good stuff.

  • I can't give it  up just yet... My dr said it's ok to have one 12 oz cup a day and right now I'm about one cup every other day.  But on those off days I definitely miss my morning cup :(

  • I was told my morning cup o' joe is still fine as long as it's the only one. I don't think I'd make it without.
  • as long as you're not drinkng more than 200-300 mg a day you'r fine, go ahead and have one cup of coffee!

  • I definitely still have my cup a day (tea on weekdays, coffee on weekends).

  • Everything in moderation ladies!  I still have my coffee in the morning!  I am pretty sure I would go into withdraw if I stopped.

  • Mmmm, I have a pound of decaf with a few full-test french vanilla beans mixed in.  I consider it a good way to get extra cream?!  No, but it tastes so good and is really low-caf.  (& I've been pretending for years!)

  • I'm going to avoid it until the end of 1st tri.  Caffeine can be linked to miscarriages, and while it's probably when people have more than 200-300mg/day, I'm not taking any chances.  I can live without caffeine if it means I'll have a sticky baby.
