Durham/RTP Job market
Me again! I'm wondering how is the job market there regarding Marketing, Sales, and perhaps contract managment. I have an MBA in Marketing and am almost finish with my MS in Management of IT (will have to finish at NC State). I worked as a pharmaceutical sales rep for almost 7 years and I'm currently working in defense contracting for almost 2 years.
As I get closer to moving there, I would like to hear from those of you in the market. Raleigh is an option of course, but we will be living in Durham our first year since my husband will be attending Duke. Of course, I would like to get to work as soon as possible. I appreciate any advice or suggestions you have!

The job market is improving, I think. Depending on your field of work, of course. But I feel like (and maybe I'm wrong because I'm not in the field) that sales jobs are always more plentiful around here than other types of jobs. And with your experience and education, I bet you would not have a lot of trouble.
Check out SAS Institute, if you haven't already. They usually have sales and IT jobs available (but not the Human Resources ones I'm seeking, try as I might!), and it is an awesome place to work.
