pink eye is never-ending and doctor rave

LO has been out of daycare all week because of pink eye.  It looks much better today (not swollen, not goopy), but it's still red.  I really really really hope it's better by Monday.  Uggg!!  My house is destroyed and I've gotten little work done this week.

On the bright side, I am ultra-impressed with Fichte, Endl & Elmer Eyecare.  Dr Elmer is GREAT with kids and they have a kid-friendly exam room.  They were able to get him in within 30 minutes of my call Tuesday morning.  They are scheduling almost 2 months out or regular appointments...but fit us right in.  I've made an appointment for them to review my oldest's lazy-eye that our regular eye doctor said isn't getting better.  At least something good came out of it!
