DS's daycare is having a potluck/picnic tonight and I have no idea what to take. Was thinking about ordering a cheese pizza on my way (I'm at work, so can't do a lot of prep) but thought someone might have a really great and EASY idea.
Yes, I knew about this since last week, just didn't make time to prepare for it.
Thanks for any ideas.

My "special" mac and cheese.
Layer a bag of elbow noodles, mexican or mixed cheese (usually a bag and a half), and can of diced tomatos. Season with italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and pepper. After the top layer of cheese put the juice from the tomatos on top. Bake at 375 for 25ish min.
Easy. Good.
how pressed for time are you?
5-10 minutes: a tray of sliced melons. One half, sliced watermelon w/ chopped mint and the other half sliced honeydew with1/2 a lime squeezed over the top and garnished with the other half of lime sliced over it. It is beautiful, fast, fresh and homemade.
