I am so, so sorry about all of this. My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to Kate, you and your DH. I think about Kate often and was wondering when you'd have some answers. She's a fighter and will get through all of this probably easier than you will.
I will put the word out to pray for Kate. Please keep up posted and let us know if there's anything we can do.
Oh lady, I can not even begin to imagine what you, your husband and beautiful little Kate are dealing with right now..all I can do is do what you ask, and pray...I will be praying everyday for you guys, for healing, for strength.

I'm so very sorry to hear this news. You have all of our support however you need it and while I am not a pray-er I will be thinking of your sweet girl and sending positive thoughts and hopes for the best possible outcome. Big hugs to you all.
My DH's younger brother had childhood cancer (twice) and the family moved to Houston so he could be treated there, so I agree that it is definitely a great plus that you live where you do so you could have access to the very best medical care for Kate.
So many good thoughts to her - and you during this stressful time.

While I am sad to hear about the rare condition, I am glad you finally know what it is and hopefully can find a match soon.
I will be registering on the bone marrow list posted above.

My heart breaks to hear this news, but I fully believe in the power of prayer. How can I not? I see the smiles of my answered prayer every day, as I know you do too.
I'll be spreading the word at church and in my Bible study group at work. Lifting sweet Kate up in prayer!! Praying for a perfect donor match, for full and permanent healing, for His calming presence to envelop you and Alex, for wisdom for Kate's doctors... oh, so much to pray for!

My heart is breaking for you. You are amazing and strong. This isn't fair. Your sweet girl shouldn't have to go through this. I have faith that God will heal her. Many prayers will continue.

Beta #1 on 5/10 (10dp5dt) = 99.4. Beta #2 on 5/12 = 284. First u/s on 5/26. = Fraternal TWINS!
Twin boys born & lost on 8/16/11 at 18w1d due to PPROM & preterm labor.
IVF #4.1 in Jan 2012 converted to IUI on 1/7/12 = BFN
IVF #4.2 w ICSI in Feb 2012. Lupron on 2/10. Stims on 2/18. ER on 2/29- 7R,6F
ET scheduled for 3/5/12- nothing to transfer
Dh seeing new MFI uro & Dh starting meds- June 2012.
IVF #5 in Dec 2012 = BFFN.
IVF #6 planned for Spring 2013. Praying for our take home baby/ies.
