Probably a stupid question. Babies on golf carts.

We're going on vacation in a couple of weeks to a car-free island. Golf carts are the only mean of transportation. Do I just hold Betsy in my lap when I'm riding on one?

I guess my question is, am I supposed to rig her carseat to it somehow? I don't have much experience with gold carts (obvs).

Just hold her. DS has been riding around on golf carts since he was a year old.

What kind of car seat is she in? If you haven't moved to a convertable yet, I'd maybe bring it along and set it between your feet on the floor of the cart. That way, should something happen, she'd be a little protected. Does wherever you're going have guidelines online or something?

We live in a gated resort community and pretty much every uses a golf cart to get around, they hold the babies.

My sister used to just hold her kids. I don't know if that's "right" but I don't think a car seat would fit on one? Unless it's a big cart

This...or what do people that live their do with their children? There has to be a website or something that you could look at.

I went golfing with my DH yesterday and when we asked the lady at the golf course about it she said other parents just hold their babies, so thats what we did.
