Hey ladies - I've noticed in the last couple weeks that the pigmentation on my areola has gotten really really dark. I know this is fairly normal but for those of you that already have children - does it go back to the normal color after pregnancy/breastfeeding?
Re: Areola pigmentation - TMI?
Mine went back to normal after I stopped BF. I can't speak for everyone, but I'm pretty sure that they usually do.

Pretty sure if my H laughed at ANY of the changes happening with my body... he'd be sleeping on the couch for a week! That would really hurt my feelings.
DH says he doesn't notice the darkness, but I so do. And I just noticed the darkened freckles this week! ick!
My DH definitely falls into that category - he's expressive about the changes, but at the same time he keeps telling me how sexy he finds me & he can't really keep his hands to hisself. Even when I wish he would
Thanks for the insight ladies - glad I'm not alone! And I'm glad they should go back to normal. I feel all National Geographic!
