Last weekend, we baked those amazing peanut butter truffle brownies that someone posted the recipe for here (I can't remember who it was now!).

Yesterday, I get a text from her, asking for the link to the recipe because she needs the peanut butter fluffy part for something. I ask her what for, and she says she'll send me a picture later.

About 20 minutes later I get this:

She took the peanut butter truffle, melted chocolate chips and stirred it all together, then put that on a home made chocolate chip cookie, and topped it with m&ms and chocolate chips.

She said she'll make them for me one day, but it's at least going to be a month. She leaves next week for Singapore and will be gone three whole weeks!
