A question about SBish sizing...

DS is almost 2 months and 12 lbs. I'm wondering if he will outgrow the smalls quickly and if I should just get a medium and wait for him to grow into it. He is very long and skinny. Thanks!

    Can you take his measurements? That's much more accurate than their waist measurements. My bet is that a medium will be fine as long as his waist is at least 12 inches. I think they're a little off on their waist sizes. DS has a 16-17 inch waist but the XL size has to be overlapped by 2 snaps (they're not made to really overlap so one side is just kind of hanging out unsnapped). The XLs are supposed to go down to 15 inches.

    DD is just about to grow out of the smalls at 5 months, 17ish lbs and 25 inches long. I have some mediums OTW, I don't think I could've skipped the smalls.
