  I like Kate best. But many names are ruined for me from my 12 years in a classroom. For example, all of the Cassandras I have had have asked to be called Casey...and the 2 Faiths I have had were so weird...

  I LOVE Kate but the aray of Kaitlyn's have ruined it lately I think.

  Oh, and Clarise? I've NEVER seen Silence of the Lambs...but I can hear that scary guy saying it every time I see/hear it.

  Is this a list of choices? There are no spaces and no commas, so I hope that you are not suggesting this as one long run on name!
  
  I like Cassandra and Mara is nice. I am not big on Kate as a stand alone FN, I tolerate it as a mn. Clarise makes me think of Hannibal Lector and I like it's original root of Clara better. Faith is ok. Dorys is one of those old fashioned names I do not think should be brought back and is spelled wrong. Sorry, but I hate Everly.

  One of my new favorite names is Kate...however, I like it spelled Cate.  I think it's much cuter and different than the norm.

  I don't get the appeal of Everly (reminds me of "My Fair Lady" singing "Isn't it loverly?" The name sounds like a mispronunciation of some kind).

  Dorys... a little too old fashioned and prefer Dorice.

  Mara - I find so many other Marian variations prettier like Mary, Marie, Moira, etc.
