Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!

Still having constant morning sickness, but if it means I'm pregnant...I'll take it!! Congrats to all the new BFPs I am constantly rooting for you all. And hugs to all who need it this week.

The babies and I are doing well. They started moving and kicking non stop which is crazy because when I get up to walk it kind of throws me off! It's weird having 2 kicking at the same time, not that i have 1 to compare it to...

Not much to update either which I feel like is a good thing
These babies are trying to bust out of my belly today! At least one of them has been wiggling around all.day.long. I love it, but it worries me about what they will be like when they are outside babies! I'm pretty sure it's baby boy who is the wiggle worm - takes after his dad and can't sit still:)
I had my first ultrasound last weekend and saw not one, but TWO gestational sacs! I go back tomorrow to hopefully see my twin heartbeats
I have been lucky not to have too many symptoms, which I am thanking God for as I try to finish out this school year (one more week)!
I lurk around here all the time and am truly rooting for you ladies!!!

No baby yet! But I have an acu appointment tomorrow and MH and I are going for nightly walks. And I'm thinking of trying out the labor inducing eggplant parm recipe I've seen floating around - LOL
I think after tomorrow's doc appt I'll start twice weekly NSTs to make sure baby is still doing ok and push induction talk back as far as possible.

I am almost to 2nd tri!!! I had an OB appointment on Tues and we heard the heartbeat with the doppler. Hopefully we can find out the sex on June 17th at our next u/s. Here is my 12wk bump/belly roll.

I'm just chugging along
I've gotten used to the GD diet for the most part (I still miss my ice cream!) and I still feel pretty good. My fasting blood sugars levels have been getting higher so at my appt last Friday my OB said we'd watch my sugars for one more week and then decide if I need meds or not. I have another appt in the morning so we'll see how it goes. The nursery is coming along and my second (and last) shower is on Saturday! Here is my 33 week bump pic:

I had my 1st official OB appt. this past Tuesday and everything is looking great:) I had another u/s and got to see the baby move around and heard the HB for the 1st time:) It was truly amazing!
No bump pic for me yet! I have a small little one forming and my bloat seems to be gone, but it's mostly chub:P

No bump yet but we did have an ultrasound on Weds. It confirmed that I am due exactly when I thought I was (trigger shot sort of takes the mystery out of it) and that there is ONE baby in there!!
Heartbeat was 162 bpm and I'm measuring 7w4d.
Currently back stateside but missing Kenya!
Hey Ladies! I cant believe that Im an actual graduate this is so crazy. Well anyway. I have my second beta this morning and will update this afternoon. Im still spotting and its scarring the heck out of me. Its been 6 days you would think after 6 days that would not be considered implantation spotting. But Im trying to live in the moment at this point and enjoy the fact Im KU.
Gym-I truly hope that baby is here within the next few days.

Hey ladies!
The last few days have not been fun. I had a scary episode on Wednesday morning. I had horrible stomach pains, terrible nausea, and started shaking uncontrollably. I had DH pick me up from work and rush me to my OB's office. The nurse saw me right away. My blood pressure was 68/44! They gave me juice, put wet rags on my face and neck, and had me lay down. After 20 minutes, i was feeling much improved. They aren't sure what caused the drop in blood pressure, but apparently that is what triggered all the other symptoms. I have to be careful because if my blood pressure gets that low again, I could easily lose consciousness.
I'm feeling better now though! Still dealing with belated m/s which didn't start until a week and a half ago. Zofran helps. I haven't taken belly shots yet because I don't really have a bump yet.

Updates-Last Friday I woke up with what I thought was Kidney pain..called the nurse and they got me an appt. Turns out it wasnt Kidney anything
just a pulled muscle the dr. said. She said get a pregnancy pillow if I want even if I am this early on...anything to help me sleep is worth it (as I haven't been sleeping well for almost 3 weeks now) what witht he sore tata's, heartburn & reflux..m/s and peeing 24/7 
She did an u/s and I was 1 day shy of 5 wks but measuring right on target. We saw a gest sac and yolk sac...my next official appt is next Thursday so we are looking forward to seeing a heart beat!!! God willing!
Right now, Zofran, Maalox, water, plain popcorn and cucumbers are my friend
anything to help with the m/s, heartburn and reflux but as long as they mean I am PG then its all good...(most of the time LOL!!)
