InspiringKind Boutique Bakery

Umm, how did I not know about this [eastside, Anderson] bakery until now?!

https://www.inspiringkind.com

I stopped in, this morning, since I randomly passed it, running errands. Anyway, the cookies are the cutest things ever, and the cupcakes are delish (yes, I sampled THREE). Check out the "parties" tab for information on an adorable idea for a child's birthday party (ages 4+). A sign on the door gave information on summer cake/cookie baking/decorating classes for kids (ages 4+), too. Super cute idea!

Re: InspiringKind Boutique Bakery

  • My friend's MIL works (worked?) there and they had a cake from there for her DS's birthday and I thought it was just ok.   Definitely not worth the outrageous price in my opinion.  Maybe their cupcakes are better!?

Huh. See, that's what I thought about A Spoon Fulla Sugar's cake for J's birthday. The owner did say that their cookies are their "specialty" focus, but I thought the cupcakes were pretty darn good. Mostly, I thought the party idea was cute. Plus, I really like supporting independent bakeries/small business owners, whenever possible.
