We've went from a top 10 to 6 (a big undertaking as crazy as that seems!)... DH & I have our favorites but would love to hear others opinions too. Middle name will be James, which is a family name. Thanks!
I think with the MN James, I prefer Eli, Oliver, and Hudson. I feel like a 2+ syllable name sounds better with James for some reason. I'm not a fan of Foster in general.
Joe and Ashley ~ June 16, 2007 ~ Olivia Rae ~ May 12, 2008 ~ 9:06 pm ~ 8lbs 4oz ~ 20.5 inches ~ Miscarriage of twins ~ April 16, 2009 at 6 weeks. ~ Surprise BFP 6/23/09 13DPO ~ Eleanor Rose ~ February 18, 2010 ~ 6lbs 15oz ~ 20 inches ~ Caroline Ruth ~ February 19, 2013 ~ 6lbs 12 oz ~ 19 1/4 inches
I love Drake, Oliver and Hudson, but I don't think Drake or Cole sounds right with James. I like Oliver the best, and I think Oliver James flows nicely.
This. I know a really nice guy (30-something years old) named Foster and a really cute baby named Hudson.
Not a fan of Drake. And honestly, I'm not much a fan of Oliver, either. I know it is popular, but I've never liked the sound of the name. And I don't like "ollie".

me, too
Eli & Oliver are the ones I like (borderline Love). The others are completely nms. Plus I just keep thinking Drake the snake, not sure why.

I'm sorry, all I can think of for Foster is "Australian for beer"
I like Eli and Hudson out of that list.
Ditto! I thikn you need a polysyllabic first name to go with a short mn like that.
