I feel so much better after reading all of your responses! I tried to get DH to at least go to home depot and just LOOK at stuff/ price stuff that we are considering doing to the room. and he just says he already knows prices, etc.
Also- sorry, I realize the poll could have used more options... but at the time I couldn't think of any haha

I've done some things "mentally" like picked out a crib/dresser, but haven't actually done much. We are using the corner of our bedroom that currently holds a desk with a computer and our bicycles. The desk needs to be trashed (has a big crack in it) and the bikes need to go to to inlaws.
