Neck/chest rash?

I think that it's from being wet w/ drool.... and it's so small only I notice it... what can I do for it? Baby powder?

Natalie gets this. She wears a bib all day long but we have to change the bib 4-5 times a day. If we're diligent about changing her bib so she's doesn't stay moist underneath, than she doesn't get the neck/chest rash.
