I'm only on them once a day.  I've had no color changes, but then again I haven't been spotting.  It's probably completely normal and just spotting, but why don't you call your doc tomorrow and ask?

    Good luck!  :)

The suppository may be irritating your cervix.  I wouldnt worry unless you have bright red discharge.

I feel for you, progesterone suppositories suck!  I was on them with my last pregnancy.  I took Crinone 8% at night from weeks 5-10.

While I was taking it I did get some brown, even sometimes pink discharge.  The Dr. said this was OK, it might just be irritating my cervix and to make sure I am not putting the applicator up too high.

    Good luck!

Coming from the IF board progesterone suppositories are quite common.  Many ladies get a bit of brown discharge as the suppositories can irritate the cervix.  I hope that is all it is sweets!

Ditto PP.  When I was prescribed the suppositories, the nurse specifically warned me that if I inserted them too deep, it could bump the cervix and cause some spotting, as the cervix is very vascular at this point.  She knows how scary blood can be while pregnant, and didn't want me to worry.

I have been on them for 6 months every time after I O and until I am 10 weeks along now.  I have never had any discharge though besides the nasty progesterone as it melts.  FWIW, are you using an applicator?  I don't have one, I am just suppose to use my finger and you can only go in so far...might be worth a shot if your doctor approves.
Hallelujah, it's a miracle, I have children AND a signature!

I just started using the suppositories two days ago, last night being my second night. The first morning there was absolutely nothing in my panties and today it's almost all brown down there! Based on the above comments it seems like I must have put it in too high. I did put it in as high as I could get it, thinking the higher the better so it wouldn't fall out. What do you ladies think? Does it sound "call the doctor" worthy or just don't put it in so high tonight?
