I started with cx around 7pm but didn't think they were actual labor cx. Around 2am, they were 5 min apart. By the time we left the house around 3:30 they were 3 min apart and VERY painful back labor. Got to the hospital and was 6cm. By the time the epi cane, I was 8cm. Considered not getting it but the back labor was torture. Glad I got it bc I tore pretty bad and it took a lot of repairing. Pushed 45 min and Liam Jacob was born @8:17am. He's a mini guy 5lb11oz, 18" long. He's a dream so far. There's more to my story, as recovery has been awful so far, but now time to sleep. Will share pics when I get on my laptop (sorry if there are typos, on my iPhone).
