Huge rave to Soon2BeMrsB's Orange Blasamic Chicken (5 ingredients)
season chicken breast with poultry seasoning (didn't have poultry seasoning, so used garlic salt and pepper) and brown in a skillet
remove the browned chicken, add orange marmalade and balsamic vinegar to the hot pan (watch out, it will steam up when you add the vinegar)- stir occasionally until combined.
add the chicken and pecan halves back to the sauce until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is syrupy.
Serve with butter sage bowtie pasta- literally cooked bowties tossed with butter and sage that have been melted together, add parm. (4 ingredients)
For dessert, we had Trader Joe's Vanilla Cake (from a cake mix box). Super simple and yummy!

Can you give any approximate measurements for how much marmalade vs vinegar and how much chicken you used for that amount? I really want to make this but I dont want to screw it up
